What if I have an accident or breakdown?
Call us 24/7 and don’t sign anything without us. We help you fill in the accident report and bring a replacement car.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book — we follow the arrival and wait for you. If the delay is long, message us and we’ll adjust the handover time.
Can I drive outside Spain?
Only with our prior agreement. Tell us your route when you book and we’ll confirm whether it’s possible and on what terms.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes. The second driver must meet the same age and experience requirements and show their licence at pick-up.
What if I return the car late?
Let us know in advance on WhatsApp — if the car is free, we extend the rental. A late return without notice may be charged as an extra day.
Is there a speed limit?
Spanish road speed limits apply. Traffic fines received during the rental are paid by the driver.
